Life can be so “lifey”. Work, finances, stress often gets in the way of the three nourishing meals a day we would all love to eat. But our health and sanity depends on eating well, and it is possible to cook and eat on a dime. We’ll share inexpensive and nourishing recipes that anyone can cook.
STIR is a series of classes that brings together community members to share their skills and expertise in a safe and structured setting. There is no experience necessary, and each class will be taught by a team of home-cooks and storytellers. This is a hands-on, shared learning experience, and no prior cooking knowledge is necessary!
